This 27" oven is packed with many features. It heats up to tem fast , and looks great in our kitchen. It replaces a JennAir Oven that was installed in 2002.

Love the look and funtionality of this oven. Even on the brightest setting, the display could be a bit brighter and the clock a bit larger font.

Replaced our old Bosch oven with the latest model and so far so good. Baking for Christmas cookies went well with no issues. Several casserole dinners so far have been good and a few pizzas.

I need a 27" wall oven and picked Bosch. I love the soft close and easy to use features. It is very well insulated and keeps very accurate oven temperatures. It heats quickly. I especially like the convection oven roast feature, as it saves energy by roasting faster at a lower temperature. It also just feels very well built.

Works ok but makes a terrible racket. Loud whistling noise you can hear all over the house. Complained and fan was replaced but still the same loud noise. Hate it

I burned in the oven as directed in the operating manual. On second use the breaker was tripped by the oven. I am working with Bosch to get this repaired, but it is a really bummer that I cannot use a brand new oven.

Perfection. I can't think of a better word to describe my new Bosch oven, which my daughter gave to me as a Christmas present. Beautifully designed. Simple, easy to follow touch pad and main buttons. The sliding rack for heavier roast turkeys, etc. is genius. I'm in love.......

Remodeled our kitchen and included the Bosch drawer microwave in the island. We love that the m/w is not longer the first thing you see when you walk into the kitchen. We use it every day and its very intuitive - perfecyt for the pandemic where you cook in bulk and then reheat. My only minor suggestion is that Bosch angle the viewing screen to face up instead straight ahead since the drawer is below the waist.

My favorite is the thermometer that I stick into my whole chicken and set up to cook using the panel. It cooks perfectly and the oven shuts off, but remains hot for an hour. I can start it early and dinner is ready without the last minute rush to time things right.

The oven shut off before the turkey was done, on Thanksgiving, error code 302. Then a couple of weeks later it did it again. Now, Jan 25th, it hasn't been repaired because the repairman that was sent out didn't fix anything or test anything, he just said he would order a control board and a sensor.

The Bosch Oven HBN8451UC has shut itself off four times, with an error code of 302. The service people are slow getting to it, and now we have to wait while they order parts. Very unsatisfied!!

Noted on the internet that the Bosch Oven's interior glass explodes during the cleaning cycle. Huge defect with these ovens. Happen to us on Thanksgiving Day. It is noted on the internet that this has been a problem for owners for the last few years. We purchased all Bosch for our new kitchen. Very disappointed that this oven can not be cleaned by using the cleaning cycle.

Bought this product just over a year ago - slow to heat - which is probably why there is a "Fast preheat" button. Now that it is 14 months old - the temperature is no longer calibrated, it does not maintain a consistant temperature, the buttons on the panel needs to be pressed a couple of times to work and I have been on hold listening to muzak for 27 minutes waiting for the representative who will be with me shortly.
